Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) conducts targeted enforcement activities of workplaces and industries throughout the province. In addition, WSH answers calls and provides information to the public. WSH is also responsible to investigate Right to Refuse and allegations of Reprisal that meet the definition under the WSH Act. The following tables provides cumulative totals for WSH activity.
